One of the most amazing events we conducted in 2023 was the Home Care CEO Executive Strategy Retreat. This retreat was held in Orlando Florida on December 12 & 13, 2023, Sponsored by the Home Care Association of Florida. In attendence were 47 individuals from 25 home care companies who spent a day and a half exploring the Seven Steps to Scaling Your Home Care Business.
The Executive Strategy Retreat received such positive reviews that we will be conducting a Virtual Executive Strategy Retreat over three Thursdays in February, 2024.
