According to data in the 2022 annual edition of the HCP Benchmarking Report from Home Care Pulse, the challenges being faced and the results they achieve are quite different for companies in the top tier of our industry. Home Care Pulse has identified companies as “Masters” who generate more than $5 million in annual revenue. In 2021, the Masters companies had a median annual revenue of $7,768,833.

In this interactive web conference, three industry thought leaders will give you their insights on how the largest companies in home care are adapting to change created by these trends. Todd Austin is CEO of Home Care Pulse, the leading research and data company in the home care industry and provider of the annual HCP Benchmarking Study. Todd and his team at Home Care Pulse have analyzed their massive database of information about our industry and have examined how the leading companies in our industry are addressing the trends and challenges presented in session I.
Todd Allen is Co-owner and CEO of AxisCare, a major software company for in-home personal care with the second largest market share in our industry. AxisCare is used by a large number of major independent home care companies so Todd and his team have looked at their internal user data to what separates the Home Care Masters from smaller companies in our industry.
Stephen Tweed is CEO of Leading Home Care … a Tweed Jeffries company, and Founder of the Home Care CEO Forum. How are company leaders in the very top tier of home care dealing with change and challenges? In this interactive panel discussion, leaders of home care companies that are part of the Top 5% Home Care CEO Mastermind Group and the Top 7% Mastermind Group will share with you practical examples of how their companies have faced the changes and challenges described in the first two sessions of this series. The Top 5% Mastermind Group is ten companies that generate between $10 million and $38 million in annual revenue. This group has been meeting twice a year since 2013 to share ideas, solve problems, and support one another. The Top 7% Mastermind Group is eight companies between $5 million and $10 million in annual revenue, and this group has been meeting twice a year since 2018.
Andrea Cohen is the Founder of HouseWorks, a major home care company serving the greater Boston area, with offices in New Hampshire, Maine, and Pennsylvania. Andrea has served on the Board of Directors of the Home Care Association of America as well as several industry committees and task forces, so she brings a wealth of knowledge about how the largest companies in home care have adapted to the trends in the industry and the challenges facing top tier companies. Andrea has been a member of the Top 5% Mastermind Group at the Home Care CEO Forum for many years.
John Bennett is CEO of Sunny Days In-Home Care in Pittsburgh, PA and a member of the Top 5% Mastermind Group. John’s family-owned company also owns four other home care companies in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and North Carolina. John’s companies are major providers of care to the Medicaid population in PA and MI so they bring a different set of challenges to this conversation.
Jensen Jones is the CEO of the Home Care CEO Forum, and the Past-President of A Helping Hand Home Care in Tacoma, WA. Jensen was a member of our Top 7% Mastermind group until his company was sold in 2020. At that time, he formed Jensen, Morgan, and Jones, a home care consulting company serving owners and CEOs of home care companies in the top tier of our industry. Jensen has been working with Leading Home Care … a Tweed Jeffries company leading research projects and facilitating Home Care CEO Mastermind Groups. In January, 2023, Jensen, Morgan, and Jones acquired the Home Care CEO Forum from Leading Home Care.
