The Mastermind concept has been around for centuries. Small groups of leaders come together on a regular basis to share ideas, solve problems, and develop deep friendships with peers who do what you do.
The Power of the Mastermind was described by Napoleon Hill in his 1937 book, Think and Grow Rich. He said, “When a group of individual brains are coordinated and function in harmony, the increased energy created through that alliance becomes available to every individual brain in the group.”
The Homecare CEO Mastermind Groups are companies of similar size, within the top 10% in the industry, who do not directly compete with one another.
The owners and c-suite executives of these companies meet regularly to share ideas, solve problems, support one another, and hold each other accountable.
